Registered Veterinary Technician, Overnight Part time

Compensation: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, overnight 12-hour shift every Thursday from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (1 day per week)

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality medical and post-operative nursing care.
• Monitoring and documenting patient vitals and critical neurological conditions overnight.
• Venipuncture and IV catheter placement.
• Drug calculations and medication administration (including IV).
• Cross-training opportunities with our advanced imaging department (including MRI scans) to fully utilize your skill set.

Requirements

• Active Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license (or currently enrolled in an accredited RVT/LVT program).
• At least 2 years of experience as an RVT (or 2 years as a Veterinary Assistant).
• Eager to learn, adapt, and work independently during overnight hours.
• A strong foundation in veterinary technical skills and a great attitude.
• Bonus: Experience with EzyVet.
