Registered Veterinary Technician
The Whole Pet Vet Hospital & Wellness Center is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team and support both outpatient care and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry. Responsibilities
- Support efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows
- Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Perform dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiography
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and treatment documentation
- Review treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately
- Identify patient concerns and support efficient case management across the hospital
- Build strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service
Requirements
- 3+ years of veterinary technician experience
- Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in the state of California
- Fear Free Certification or willingness to become certified

Recent graduates pending VTNE testing and licensure, or out-of-state license-holders who are eligible to transfer a license, are also encouraged to apply.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday through Friday and 2 weekend inventory days per year.
Pay
Compensation: $33 - $38 per hour, for each hour worked.
