Responsibilities
- Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows
- Performing anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Aiding in surgery
- Performing dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiography
- Maintaining accurate, detailed medical records and treatment documentation
- Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately
- Identifying patient concerns and supporting efficient case management across the hospital
- Building strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service
Requirements
- 2+ years of veterinary technician experience
- Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician in the state of Georgia
- Proficiency in patient assessment, nursing care, and monitoring
- Proficiency in anesthetic induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Advanced dentistry, including dental prophylaxis and radiographs
- Proficiency in venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and cystocentesis
- Proficiency in medication administration, including IV/IM injections and drug calculations
- Proficiency in laboratory diagnostics, including sample collection and microscope evaluation
- Proficiency in radiology, surgical assistance, and aseptic technique
Qualifications
Recent graduates pending VTNE testing and licensure, or out-of-state license-holders who are eligible to transfer a license, are also encouraged to apply.

Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: Flexible, full-time position with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday with rotating weekends
- Compensation: $25-30 per hour, for each hour worked
