Registered Veterinary Nurse/ Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse - Paying up to £35k FTE
About the role
We're looking for a passionate RVN who is keen to bring fresh ideas to the practice and become an integral part of our friendly, growing team. Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, you'll be supported to develop your skills and make the most of your nursing abilities in a practice that truly values its RVNs. We actively encourage our nurses to fully utilise their clinical skills, including Schedule 3 procedures, and we're proud to have nurses with certificates in anaesthesia, exotics, feline-friendly nursing, Emergency & Critical Care and nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Support and mentor the nursing team
- Help oversee theatre organisation and workflow
- Contribute to clinical standards
- Play an important role in ensuring outstanding patient care
- Bring fresh ideas to the practice
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Organised and proactive
- Willingness to work collaboratively
- Thoughtful approach to decision-making
- Previous experience as a Clinical Coach (advantage)
Qualifications
- Experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
- Experience with Schedule 3 procedures
- Certificates in relevant areas such as anaesthesia, exotics, feline-friendly nursing, Emergency & Critical Care, and nutrition

Pay
Excellent salary starting from £29,000 up to £35,000 pro rata, dependant on experience
Schedule
Full time, working on a rota including 1 in 5 Saturdays alongside another nurse, with no out-of-hours or Sunday commitments
