About the role

We're looking for a passionate RVN who is keen to bring fresh ideas to the practice and become an integral part of our friendly, growing team. Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, you'll be supported to develop your skills and make the most of your nursing abilities in a practice that truly values its RVNs.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake schedule 3 procedures
  • Support and mentor the nursing team
  • Contribute to clinical standards
  • Play an important role in ensuring outstanding patient care
  • Work on a rota including 1 in 5 Saturdays alongside another nurse
  • No out-of-hours or Sunday commitments

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Organised, proactive, and thoughtful approach to decision-making
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Coach, or a willingness to work towards becoming one, would be an advantage

Qualifications

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse (RNV)
  • Experience in Schedule 3 procedures
  • Certificates in anaesthesia, exotics, feline-friendly nursing, Emergency & Critical Care, and nutrition

Pay

Excellent salary starting from £29,000 up to £35,000 pro rata, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full time, working on a rota including 1 in 5 Saturdays alongside another nurse, with no out-of-hours or Sunday commitments.
