About the role
Qualifications: Graduate of approved ARRT program and ARRT in good standing, or eligible. BLS certified. Advanced registry or minimum one-year experience.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and process images required for routine and diagnostic procedures as approved by the radiologist.
- Prepare the room and maintain all supplies, equipment and documents required for procedures.
- Perform QC testing of machine.
- Experience with stereotactic procedures and familiar with MQSA.
- Utilize ALARA techniques to minimize radiation exposure.
- Provide/communicate relative patient information to the Radiologist.
- Maintain continuous education as required for respective ARRT registries.
Requirements
Subject to overtime when necessary.
