Who You Are
- Hold an active Series 7 license and either have a Series 63 or are able to obtain it within 6 months
- Bring 3+ years of experience in wealth management, brokerage support, or registered sales assistance
- Deep understanding of equities trading, including margin accounts and short sales
- Familiarity with retirement plans, trusts, and foundation accounts
- Experience with Salesforce or Wealthscape is a plus
What You'll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, including onboarding, maintenance, and updates
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a responsive and high-touch service experience
- Coordinate with portfolio managers, traders, and compliance partners to support accurate and timely execution of financial activity
- Support strategic portfolio allocations and financial decisions in partnership with senior leadership
- Maintain accurate records and oversee documentation to ensure regulatory alignment
- Assist with client communications, including preparation/distribution of periodic updates
- Help plan and support client engagement initiatives and events
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the team

- Clients experience consistent, proactive communication and operational accuracy
- Trades, account changes, and documentation are processed efficiently and in compliance
- Internal partners are aligned, enabling smooth execution of investment strategies
- Client data and reporting materials remain accurate, organized, and audit-ready
- The advisory team operates with strong support that enhances both strategy and service
Pay
$70,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience
