Job Summary
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its North Jacksonville, FL PPEC centers. Pay Range: From $25/hr-$34/hr.
About the Role
Angels of Care has been caring for the medically fragile community since 2000, emphasizing values such as Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed. Nurses here provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, working flexible and predictable schedules with full clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Provide health promotion and teaching.
- Train family members.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.
- Current Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification (CPR).
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Experience providing care in various client home settings.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting first impression.
- Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly.
