Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - PRN

About the role

Newberry Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to work PRN/On call in a supportive, community‑focused environment at Newberry County Memorial Hospital, a 90‑bed acute‑care, not‑for‑profit facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality respiratory care to patients.
• Perform all clinical assignments and additional duties as directed by the department coordinator.
• Work effectively with others and assume responsibility for supervising others when required.
• Adhere to the facility’s dress code and wear the designated scrub color for the department.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a cardiopulmonary/acute care clinical setting preferred.
• Willingness to work under supervision and to supervise others as needed.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) registration.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation/Basic Life Support (CPR/BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Neonatal certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.

Schedule

PRN / on‑call basis.
