Job Summary
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a contract position in Carlsbad, NM.
Responsibilities
- Assists physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Delivers medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
- Maintains airways and ventilator management
- Inserts arterial lines, intubations, performs pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gases
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience required
- ACLS, BLS, NRP, RRT, and NM license required
- Pediatric and neonate experience required
- Willingness to obtain NRP before or immediately after start
Qualifications
- Registered or certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Follows protocols approved by the medical staff and department policy and procedures
