Registered Respiratory Therapist / RRT

Responsibilities

• Captures the safe delivery of appropriate and effective respiratory treatment to critical and non-critical patients.
• Adheres to policy, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Program.
• Related experience may be substituted for related education.
• Current NM Respiratory Care License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• One (1) year of related experience.
• AARC Membership.
• National Specialty Certification.
• PALS, NRP, or ACLS may be required by the facility/department.
