As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in our rural hospital setting, you will have a manageable workload providing you the opportunity to focus on your patient care with a diverse caseload that includes both inpatients and outpatients. Working closely with our nursing staff and providers, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. Whether you are assisting in emergency traumas or participating in neonatal resuscitation, your contributions will be valued and appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and function tests
- Create treatment plans
- Monitor patients' progress
- Perform phlebotomies and IV starts/removals as necessary
- Educate patients on administering treatments and utilizing equipment
- Assist in emergency traumas
- Participate in neonatal resuscitation
Requirements
- Wisconsin license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Current CPR certification
- NICU, Phlebotomy, and/or IV experience a plus
Schedule
12-hour night shifts, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., 0.75 FTE, 5 shifts per bi‑weekly pay period, with a weekend and holiday rotation. No on‑call required.

Pay
Minimum starting rate $32.06 per hour, depending on experience. Sign‑on bonus of $15,000 for those with 2+ years of RRT experience and a $15,000 relocation bonus. New graduates with the RRT credential through the NBRC receive a $7,500 sign‑on bonus and a $7,500 relocation bonus.
