About the Role

Deliver advanced respiratory care, including medication administration, ventilator management, airway procedures, and patient assessments in critical care settings. Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and staff, and promote patient safety and quality care through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform invasive and non-invasive respiratory procedures
• Interpret arterial blood gases
• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Adhere to policies and standards
• Promote a supportive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in respiratory therapy (bachelor’s preferred)
• Valid respiratory therapy registration and licensure
• 0–2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and instructor certifications

Skills
