Registered Respiratory Therapist - 15k Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities

• Evidence of continuing education is appropriate for the skill level and specific areas of practice.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform in technical, clerical, and interpersonal aspects.
• Perform all aspects of care for patients with COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease.
• Perform clinical skills to evaluate patients’ physical and mental status.
• Anticipate patient and staff needs. Be able to multitask.
• Competent and efficient in group class setting.
• Proficient in monitoring patients on ventilatory support and for any cardiopulmonary symptoms.
• Ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and be team oriented.
• Maintains current knowledge of regulatory standards, patient safety goals, and other regulatory requirements to integrate this into system design.
• The employee supports the hospital mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures.
• Participates in required education for DNV programs as applicable to position (reference program education curriculum).
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education Required: Graduate of accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.
• Licenses/ certifications/ registrations Required: Current Oregon RT License, Current RRT.

Pay

• 36 Hours: USD $38.08/Hr.
• 40 Hours: USD $63.75/Hr.
