About the Department

The Adult and Older Adult Service combines AMAH Adult Community Mental Health and Caulfield Aged and Liaison Psychiatry Services to provide comprehensive, person-centred support for adults and older adults. We offer a wide range of therapeutic, addiction, trauma-informed, and family violence services. Our approach focuses on integrated treatment, education, peer support, care planning, and navigation, supporting individuals at every stage of their recovery journey.

The Greenhouse operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and provides a graduated model of residential rehabilitation for people with mental illness and associated disability unable to be supported in less intensive community options.

We celebrate diversity within our workforce and have a genuine interest in each other’s wellbeing. We set high standards and our team is committed to delivering timely and effective care to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and promoting recovery.
