Responsibilities
- Supports enterprise strategic objectives and operational excellence goals
- Customizes solutions based on client needs
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clients and Financial Advisors (FAs)
- Ensures timely, accurate, and complete client materials
- Affirms practices to align with bank policies and procedures
- Maintains and deepens client relationships
- Supports team activities and covers roles during absences or increased seasonal needs
Requirements
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (accepts 63 and 65 in lieu of 66)
- Possesses advanced industry knowledge and understanding of investment products
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with strong work ethic and focus on results
- Client-centric, acting in the best interest of clients
- Adapts to new information and technology platforms

- Experience working with clients, fulfilling needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing excellent client experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities
- Detail-oriented
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce
