Job Description
To demonstrate competence in all aspects of sleep pathology recognition, analysis, and treatment.
To operate equipment used in sleep disorders technology.
To be able to monitor 1 to 2 patients simultaneously.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Currently registered as a Registered Polysomnographic Technician (RPSGT) with a certificate from the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) or Registered Sleep Technologist with the American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM) and currently certified with Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
