Key Responsibilities
- Develop, assess, and modify patient treatment plans based on physician referrals
- Oversee and evaluate care provided by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
- Document patient progress accurately and timely using therapy software
- Absess, modify realistic, measurable, and functional goals
- Cookordination with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Assist in patient evacuation and ensure safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Registered or licensed in the applicable state; active license in good standing
- NBCOT certification (renewal optional)
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and therapy software
- Strong communication, reasoning, and judgment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good body mechanics and physical ability to perform job functions
