Registered Nurses (RN) - Acute - up to $63/hr

About the role

ShiftKey connects independent registered nurses with a nationwide network of hospitals for flexible acute RN shifts. You bid on shifts that match your preferences, choose your rate, select the hospitals you want, and pick the days you want to work. This model gives you control over your schedule — skip night shifts, keep specific days free, or work around school pick‑up — and the ability to earn extra income on your terms, even alongside another job.

Responsibilities

• Performing and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Preparing patients for procedures
• Administering medications
• Documenting medical records
• Supporting patients and families with care guidance

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid RN license in the state of Tennessee

Pay
