Registered Nurse - Wound Care Med Surg

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care
• Provide age-appropriate care
• Develop and modify care plans based on patient needs
• Interpret patient data to meet individual requirements
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulations set by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act

Qualifications

• An Associate's degree in nursing (ADN)
• Current Oklahoma RN license
• BLS certification (obtained within 14 days of hire)
