Registered Nurse with Prenatal Experience

About the Role

LaSante Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support providers in addressing prenatal patients' healthcare needs. The chosen candidate will act as a crucial member of the care team, delivering safe, quality patient care and services, including patient education and assisting with hands-on treatment.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, assist physician/provider in setting up for procedures and exams.
• Collect and document patient history, vital signs, and relevant information promptly.
• Provide education to patients.
• Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatment.
• Disinfect and sterilize instruments, equipment, and reusable supplies.
• Maintain inventory of supplies in exam rooms and designated areas as directed by Nurse Manager (e.g., immunizations).
• Inform supervisor of any issues hindering quality care delivery.
• Assist in additional tasks as directed by supervisor.

Requirements

• Prenatal experience.
• Current Registered Nurse license in New York.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with physicians, patients, and staff.
• Happy, welcoming, team player.

Pay

Salary $100k+/yr based on experience.
