Schedule
- 6AM–6PM day shift
- Every other weekend off
Pay

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents
- Monitor resident health, document observations, and respond to changes in condition
- Educate residents and families on care plans
Requirements
- Unencumbered Texas RN license
- CPR Certification
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations
- Patience, tact, and a positive attitude, especially with elderly and diverse populations
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
