About the role

The Caris HealthCare Weekend On Call Registered Nurse is scheduled to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Making patient visits each week.
• Resolving some issues by phone.
• Making visits for work-related phone calls requiring on-site presence.
• Absolutely answering work-related phone calls during scheduled weekend work hours.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of operation.
• Nursing experience required, with preference for experience in Hospice or Home Health.
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and patient/family teaching.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in Hospice or Home Health preferred.
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and patient/family teaching.

Skills

• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, especially for resolving issues via phone and in-person visits.

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 / yearly depending on experience.

Schedule
