Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) manages individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervises assigned team members.

About the role

This position is built for 24 hours of work while being paid for 32 hours. It is eligible for a commencement bonus of $10,000, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Essential Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required, PALS (preferred).
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Current clinical experience preferred.

Benefits

All new hires are required to attend a mandatory three-day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. This orientation provides essential training, compliance information, and an introduction to our organizational culture to ensure a smooth and successful transition into your role. Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion. Additionally, if Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
