Responsibilities
- Assessment/re-assessments
- Development of the plan of care
- Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
- Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
- Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
- Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice only: Current CPR issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association required in lieu of BLS)
- Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
- Current Oklahoma State Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier (required to operate INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle)
