BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Oahu Visits team. As part of a multi‑disciplinary health care team, you will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, enabling them to remain at home. Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans, including administration of medication, wound care, and treatments.
• Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and/or their families, and monitor patients' conditions.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Hawaii.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by transcript or diploma).
• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in settings such as acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care, or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Pay

Base pay ranges from $70 to $75 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation. Pay is issued on a weekly schedule.

Schedule

Part‑time position requiring availability for four days per week, with flexible scheduling options.
