How You’ll Make an Impact
Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments
Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Hawaii
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).Thriving in a Culture That Cares

- Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $70-$75 per point.
