About the role
The Procedural Outpatient Registered Nurse supports Pediatric Urology Surgeons and APPs. They provide patient education and assist with office procedures at our Riley downtown location.
Responsibilities
- Provides competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Performs duties associated with symptom-management, direct in-clinic patient care, and/or telehealth patient care and quality improvement activities.
Requirements
- Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Qualifications

Pay
$30,000 sign-on bonus available for part-time and full-time roles.
Schedule
Core Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
No weekends, No holidays, No call.
