Registered Nurse - Urgent Care - Full Time

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality, adhering to organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members
• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Utilize the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process
• Perform physical duties including lifting, standing, walking, reaching, and bending

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS (or obtain within 30 days)

Skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Pay
