Registered Nurse Unit Manager

Position Overview

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of the nursing unit. This position works closely with nursing staff, residents, families, and facility leadership to promote safe, consistent, high-quality resident care.

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid RN license required
• 2+ years of long-term care experience preferred
• 1+ year of Unit Manager experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation and communication
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

Compensation & Benefits
