How to Apply
Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments
Supervise and direct a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct routine rounds to assess patient status and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments, such as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy, to ensure comprehensive patient care
Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members to support the growth and development of the team
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
