Job Description
Communicates with patients effectively, providing information and addressing concerns through various channels.
Collaborates with healthcare providers to manage referrals, follow-ups, and coordinates patient care.

Additional Duties
- Administers immunizations according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Completes medical documentation timely, accurately, and thoroughly.
- Conducts patient intake by documenting patient information, including medical history and current medications.
- Orders and maintains inventory of medical supplies, ensuring availability for patient care.
