Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based bedside care and administer medications
- Monitor and manage complex patient conditions in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment
- Accurately document in the EMR, support safe discharge planning, and maintain infection control and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to diverse clinical environments and prioritize patient safety
