The role involves providing leadership and coordination of nursing staff on a night shift (7pm-7am) during weekends, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and clinical objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assigning, educating, and monitoring staff
• Assessing patient needs and developing care plans
• Collaborating with advanced practice providers
• Evaluating care effectiveness
• Addressing patient care concerns

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• At least one year of RN experience
• Valid licensure and certifications such as BLS and RN licensure for the respective state
• Physical stamina
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform various physical tasks, including lifting and patient mobility
