About the Role
Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill trauma and neuro patients in a Trauma Neuro ICU setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex assessments of trauma and neuro ICU patients
- Manage ventilators and titrated medication drips
- Monitor hemodynamics and respond swiftly to clinical changes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Maintain strict safety and infection-control standards
Requirements
- Active nursing license
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of ventilator management
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring
- Proficiency in emergency response protocols
