Registered Nurse - Transplant Procurement Coordinator - RN

Mayo Clinic · Rochester, MN · 1 mo ago
Purchasing$42.31–$63.5/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Why Mayo Clinic" paragraph. Could be About the role? Actually "Why Mayo Clinic" is description of organization. Could be "About the role" maybe not. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections with real content. We have content: "Why Mayo Clinic" paragraph about organization. Could be placed under About the role? Might be better as About the role? But "About the role" would describe role, not organization. However we have no explicit "About the role". Could we skip that heading? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So we should not create empty sections. We have content for Benefits, Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe Qualifications and Additional Qualifications), Skills (maybe skills listed), Pay (Compensation Detail), Schedule (Full Time Hours/Pay Period etc). Also maybe "Requirements" could be combined with Qualifications? The posting includes "Qualifications" and "Additional Qualifications". Also "License And Certification". Could treat as Requirements? But we have Qualifications section already. Could also have Skills section for skills like organizational, critical thinking, etc. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, etc. Also remove application instructions (cover letter, resume). Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Also remove "Internal applicants are required to attach their three most recent performance appraisals." That's application instruction? Might be considered part of qualifications? It's a requirement for internal applicants; maybe keep as part of Qualifications? It's not exactly a qualification but a requirement. Could keep under Qualifications? Might be okay but it's about application. The instruction says remove application instructions. That line is about internal applicants attaching performance appraisals; that's an application instruction. So remove it. Also remove "Application Materials: Please submit a resume and cover letter..." etc. Remove. Also remove "Equal Opportunity All qualified applicants..." etc. Remove. Also remove "Recruiter Missy Egeland". Remove. Also remove "Site Description" maybe keep? It's description of locations; could be part of About the role? Not needed. Might be considered boilerplate? It's generic description of Mayo Clinic locations. Might be considered not substantive for the role. Could drop. We need to preserve all substantive information: responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule, skills. Let's extract: Why Mayo Clinic paragraph: "Mayo Clinic is top-ranked in more specialties than any other care provider according to U.S. News & World Report. As we work together to put the needs of the patient first, we are also dedicated to our employees, investing in competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit plans – to take care of you and your family, now and in the future. And with continuing education and advancement opportunities at every turn, you can build a long, successful career with Mayo Clinic." That's substantive about organization; could be placed under "About the role" or maybe "About Mayo Clinic". Since we have only allowed headings list, we could use "About the role" but it's not exactly role. However we could treat it as "About the role" as it's describing the organization context. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to those? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings. So we should use those exact headings when we have content. If we don't have content for a heading, we omit it. We have content for About the role? The "Why Mayo Clinic" could be considered About the role? It's about the organization, not role. But maybe we can still use About the role heading and put that paragraph there. It's not exactly role but it's okay. Responsibilities: we have a big block. Requirements: maybe we have "License And Certification (Must Obtain Prior To Start Date)" etc. Also "Must possess strong organizational, critical thinking and decision making skills..." that's skills. Requirements could be licensure, BLS, etc. But we also have Qualifications section. Qualifications: we have "Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program. Minimum of three years of RN experience required. Must have ICU/PCU/ED RN experience or Procurement/Transplant experience within the last 2 years". Also Additional Qualifications: "At least two years of experience as Transplant or Procurement Coordinator is strongly preferred. One year in Critical Care or Operating Room preferred. Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) or Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) preferred." Skills: "Must possess strong organizational, critical thinking and decision making skills, ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload. Strong communication skills required. The ability to interact effectively with people at all levels inside and outside Mayo Clinic is required. Must possess strong computer skills. Must be able and willing to work independently." Benefits: bullet list: Medical: Multiple plan options. Dental: Delta Dental or reimbursement account for flexible coverage. Vision: Affordable plan with national network. Pre-Tax Savings: HSA and FSAs for eligible expenses. Retirement: Competitive retirement package to secure your future. Pay: Compensation Detail: "$42.31 - $63.50 / hour". Also Benefits Eligible Yes. Schedule: "Full Time Hours/Pay Period 72 Schedule Details Sunday-Saturday, Days/Nights, 12 hour shifts Weekend Schedule Variable". Also "Day and night shift applicable. Handles 24/7 on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis." That's schedule info. We also have "This role requires occasional onsite presence. Orientation will have on-site requirements. Candidates must reside within 100 miles of Rochester, MN, or be willing to relocate to meet this requirement." That's location requirement; could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? Might be under Requirements. We'll include under Requirements maybe. Also "Exemption Status Nonexempt". Could be under Pay? Not needed. We need to avoid placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now construct HTML:
