Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, evaluates, and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy, and hospital values and philosophy.
• Affords assessment of the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
• Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care.
• Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
• Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate accredited school of nursing.
• Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana.
• Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery.
