Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)

Travel Registered Nurse position in High Point, NC, starting 8/24/2026. This role involves monitoring and caring for patients with cardiac and medical conditions in a modern hospital environment. High Point offers a vibrant community with easy access to the Triad region.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms
• Administer medications
• Use electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Perform patient assessments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• At least 1 year of recent telemetry or progressive care experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (recommended)
• Strong skills in cardiac monitoring, assessment, communication, and teamwork
• 1 professional reference from the last 12 months
