About the role
Telemetry nurse position available for travel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assess patients’ conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current NC RN license.
- Experience in telemetry preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
