Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in telemetry units, monitoring vital signs and administering treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes accurately and timely using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient telemetry unit environment.

Requirements

• A current registered nurse license.
• Experience in acute care or telemetry settings.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Qualifications

• Required: SSN, DOB, 1 reference in the last 12 months.
• Skills checklist within the last 12 months.
• Additional requirements: must be willing to float within the designated region of hospitals, have a perm address over 50 miles from Shelby, NC.
