Role Overview

This nursing position involves providing direct patient care in a telemetry unit, following established policies and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and document patient care plans and conditions.
• Cookordination multidisciplinary care and execute physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and manage patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN licensure (state or compact) prior to employment.
• American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification within 30 days.
• At least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school.
