About the role
The registered nurse in the 9B-Cardiac department provides safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care by applying the nursing process and organizational policies. They demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of department workflows to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- New RN graduate or RN in good standing, licensed in Arkansas, with a preference for a BSN
- Applies foundational skills to meet care standards and collaborates effectively within the interdisciplinary team
- Specialty education and certifications such as CPR, ACLS, PALS, or NALS are provided as needed
