This full-time night shift telemetry nursing role is based in Nashville, TN at a Midtown hospital facility. Lead compassionate, evidence-based patient care while ensuring safety and adherence to protocols. Monitor and communicate real-time patient status for quick clinical decisions. Coordinate across specialties to deliver seamless, high-quality care. Perform advanced skills like cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols for high-acuity patients. Manage discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead compassionate, evidence-based patient care while ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication of patient status.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless, high-quality care.
• Perform advanced skills such as cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols for high-acuity patients.
• Manage discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions for patients and families.

Requirements

• A valid RN license from Tennessee or a multi-state license.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• At least 6 months of acute care experience preferred.
