Registered Nurse - Telemetry

About the role

Join our team as a full-time, Day shift Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) Charge Registered Nurse responsible for managing shift operations and ensuring quality patient care. You will serve as a liaison, provide clinical support, assign patients, and assist in mentoring new staff under the supervision of the Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs
• Develop and revise care plans
• Delegate tasks to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing
• Current Kansas RN licensure
• BLS certification (obtained within 14 days of hire)
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS or oncology) may be required based on unit specialization

Qualifications

• At least one year of recent relevant experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (preferred)
