Registered Nurse - Team Lead - Ambulatory ENT Services

The RN Team Leader role involves providing both formal and informal leadership within the nursing unit, collaborating with management to plan and coordinate daily operations. Responsibilities include delegating patient care based on skill level and patient acuity, developing staff through teaching and precepting, and participating in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and research activities. The role ensures the delivery of comprehensive nursing care, patient and family education, and smooth transitions of care, supporting professional nursing standards aligned with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice. Specialized in ambulatory ENT care, the position supports complex patient needs across diverse clinical pathways, including surgical and procedural interventions. Qualifications include a Baccalaureate degree in nursing, two years of nursing experience (ENT and TL experience preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in electronic medical records. The role requires ability to work autonomously and in teams, adapt to unpredictable situations, and work flexible hours. Current RN licensure, Basic Life Support certification, and additional state licenses or certifications as needed are required.
