REGISTERED NURSE SURGICAL SERVICES (FT VARIED)

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring patients receive necessary medical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct patient care including medication management
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in good standing
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Knowledge of current nursing best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
