Position: Registered Nurse Coordinator Surgical
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Full Time
Hours: 6:45am to 3:15pm M-F

What You Will Do

As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.

What You Will Need

• Education: BSN required
  MSN preferred
• Certifications/License: IL RN License
  CPR BLS issued by AHA
  ACLS issued by AHA
• Experience: Clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
