Registered Nurse Surgical

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical interventions. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, direct care delivery, delegate tasks, and evaluate patient responses. Maintain professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, documenting accurately, and promoting professional growth. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, BLS certification, critical thinking, effective communication, patient care coordination, and documentation skills. A BSN is preferred, with licensing requirements including transfer of compact licenses if applicable. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to see, hear, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, lift and transfer patients, and navigate busy environments.
