Key Responsibilities
- Leading patient care and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
- Initiating, implementing, and monitoring personalized care plans, adjusting as needed.
- Coinciding communication among multidisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery.
- Maintaining accurate monitoring of patient conditions, communicating changes promptly, and acting decisively.
- Managing physician and nursing orders, and coordinating discharge plans for smooth transitions.
Qualifications And Skills Required
- Oklahoma RN licensure and BLS certification within one month of hire.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure at hire.
