Responsibilities

• Lead nursing care and oversee weekend clinical operations
• Guide and support nursing staff to ensure quality care
• Assess residents' conditions and coordinate individualized care plans
• Ensure accurate medication administration, treatments, and documentation
• Respond to changes in residents' conditions and handle emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe, supportive environment

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
